PARENTS OF SENIOR STUDENTS! The year will progress quickly, and your child may be graduating this year. Do not forget that student's lunch bills MUST BE PAID BEFORE teachers will sign-off on their senior check-out cards! Contact your school's cafeteria for prior-year balances, or call the Child Nutrition office at 304-530-2348, extension 9223.
Hardy County policy on billing and collection states "Payment in full is expected by due date on the bill." Prior year invoices have been mailed home, and collection proceedings on unpaid accounts will begin by end of September, 2018. Delinquent accounts are pursued through Magistrate Court, with all court costs and fees added to the total bill. These fees range from $75 - $150, depending on actions needed. Avoid collection fees by paying the account in full today! Or, contact the Child Nutrition Office to make payment arrangements at 304-530-2348, Ext. 9223.
Online payments are a simple, safe, and secure way to make payments to your students account, 24-hours-a-day, at your convenience!
